Collaboration proposal for the development of experimental theses, research doctorate courses and inclusion in the workforce
Istituto Italiano della Saldatura Ente Morale is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and development of joining and allied technologies.
We are pleased to inform you that our Institute is interested in promoting collaboration with the institutions registered with the AITEM association, through the following:
• Host master's students for the development of experimental theses at our headquarters. We understand the importance of providing students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of joining, additive and related technologies, and are ready to offer our support and resources to ensure a stimulating and productive learning environment.
• Furthermore, we are interested in establishing agreements of understanding with the universities belonging to the AITEM Association for the start-up of research doctorate courses. We are willing to co-finance these paths, so as to promote research and development in the field of joint technology.
• Finally, we offer our availability for technical interventions by our specialists to be included, after planning, within the educational calendar of the courses.
• Evaluation, downstream of the thesis process, for students deemed worthy, of opportunities to join our Institute.
We are convinced that this collaboration can bring mutual benefits. Students will have the opportunity to work on innovative research projects and to acquire specialized skills in the field of joints, while we will benefit from their ideas, their proactivity and their commitment in carrying out our mission.
